Handmade accordion style fortune cookie book - Italian marble detail

This book was designed to store and display fortunes from fortune cookies. On the pages are small translucent windows to slide fortunes behind and also at the top of each page is an opening to store more fortunes. The front is covered in a deep olive green-brown paper with a line of red hand-marbled paper and has a small tan button in the center. Strings attached to the back cover are designed to come around to the front and wrap around the button to keep the book closed. It can either be kept open and displayed on a shelf or closed and kept tucked away. Included is one fortune cookie to add to or start your collection.
