Natural Henna, Art Clock

This clock is one of a kind in the resolute sense, when applying henna paste on wood each piece tonally accepts the henna at will. Sometimes it takes only three days for the design to set, another time it may take three weeks. I fully expect this clock design to reach a full rich burgundy hue.

It's a beautifully hand rendered design, based on tradition henna tattoo designs and lots of patients. The design work is completed in once sitting, regardless of the complexity of the design. After the paste is on the piece, it must rest for a period (3 days to two months)before the art is complete.

The clock measures 12 inches x 12 inches with quartz movement and the arabic numeral for 12 at the top of te clock. The numbers are gold with black trim and the clocks hands are black matte
