Artist's story behind the creation of the piece:
The sculpture that this print represents comes out of a long time in Israel and a deep desire to have the Jewish people recognize their Messiah in Jesus. Grief accompanies this recognition as it says in Zechariah 12:10 "And I will pour out on the House of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplication. They will look on Me, the one they have pierced and they will mourn for Him as one mourns for an only child." These two figures, one representing Judaism, represent the Jewish people holding the pierced body of Jesus, their Messiah.

About the print:
This is a 10x20 gallery mounted print. This exclusive gallery mount is a modern and cost-effective way to present the image as a finished piece and display it without the additional time and cost of traditional framing and matting. This state-of-the-art presentation begins with the photographed image being printed on professional Kodak metallic paper. A machine texture known as pebble is added to print for a deeper texture. The print is then completely sealed with a durable, transparent semi-gloss laminate, then heat-fused to a 3/4" densely engineered substrate. Providing a classic look, each flush edge is then finished with black bevel and edge color and heat-fused. The print comes ready to hang with a pre-drilled key-hole opening requiring only a #10 round-headed or panhead screw.

Also included is the artist's story behind the creation of the piece as described above. This can be framed & mounted with the print at the discretion of the customer.
