Dendritic Soapstone Relief Carving Sculptured Bear
I take a piece of dendritic (talc) soapstone that is from Montana and love to see it transform into a beautiful polished subject. By using a variation of delicate files, riffler rasps and chisels, I work the stone until the piece turns into a work of beauty, something that can be cherished for years to come.
Measures - Approx. 4" x 2-3/4" x 1-3/4" deep. Made of dendritic (talc) soapstone from Montana. Artist signed.
