GoZabo’s expectations

• All products must be 100% handcrafted by the artist who holds the gallery name.
• You may not add products to your gallery that are out of the category of what you submitted for approval. In otherwords, if you submitted jewelry and you were approved, you can not add products of sculptures without going through the preapproval process first.
• GoZabo.com does not showcase dolls or stuffed animals on its site. Please refrain from using any of these two products to display your creations.
• You must be pre-approved before you can become an artisan on Gozabo.com. See “Artists Guide”
• You must agree to terms and conditions of GoZabo.com
• To set up your gallery you are required to have a gallery photo of either a picture of yourself or one of your products. You will also need to write a short biography. This gives our buyers the opportunity to get to know you!
• You are responsible for all shipping and handling of products. Buyers will purchase directly from you. GoZabo.com is not responsible for purchase of your products.
• GoZabo.com has the right to “Hibernate” your website if rules and regulations are not followed. You will be notified via email if this happens.
• Profanity within your gallery on GoZabo.com is STRICTLY prohibited! All product and personal pictures are in no way to be sexually provocative or have any sexual connotation in them. The interpretation of what is or is not provocative or sexual will be at the sole discretion and personal interpretation of the owners/employees of GoZabo.com. If you have any doubt as to whether or not your pictures will be acceptable you can contact us here.
• If GoZabo.com receives complaints regarding any of our subscribers for any reason-we will contact you directly to try and resolve these issues. If we feel in any way you are not following through with the intent to provide our buyers with products you are offering or are not delivering your goods in a timely manner it will be at the sole discretion of GoZabo.com as to whether or not we will allow you to continue to be a subscriber of GoZabo.com. If we feel it necessary we will terminate your subscription.
• If you do not have any active products for sale in your gallery- your gallery will go into “hibernation” until products are added. This is so our buyers are not directed to sites that do not allow them the ability to purchase.
• If a different media is added to your site that was not originally pre-approved through the pre-approval process, your entire gallery will go into “Hibernation” until your product has been removed or approved. GoZabo.com will notify you if this happens via email. For example: if you are a photographer and submitted an example of your works AS a photographer you are approved for the particular medium on the site. If you decide that you are going to try your hand at Making baskets, you would need to send us an example of that medium to be able to start selling it on GoZabo.com
• You are responsible to know the tax laws required of you both federally and locally and rules and regulations required of you as an independent business person. GoZabo.com does not give legal advice or imply either intentionally or unintentionally any rules and regulations you need to follow to sell on GoZabo.com.
• If you have a dispute with a buyer or seller anyone that uses the site automatically agrees to release GoZabo.com of any liability or legal complications. GoZabo.com does not pre-screen buyersor sellers or verify their intent or ability to purchase or provide products as described. GoZabo.com is strictly a host for artists gallery and a portal for buyers and does not have any obligations beyond that. GoZabo.com will not be held responsible for any transactions. All complaints with purchase or payment procedures with buyers or sellers must be handled by you or go through paypal. (see paypal protection policies)It is up to you as the seller of your own products or as a buyer to be responsible for these transactions and protect yourself.
• As an artist,When you create your site with GoZabo.com you are releasing your personal name, phone number and email notification preferences to anyone that uses this site. GoZabo.com is not responsible for unsolicited email, spam or abuse of contact information that is posted.
• Gozabo.com uses cookies and other technology to keep track of your online interactions with our site.
• GoZabo.com may use your information to provide requested services and the ability to communicate with you any information regarding changes or updates to your subscription with GoZabo.com.
• Your information is stored on our servers located in the United States. The information and data we receive from you is an asset that must be protected and we use tools to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure. However third parties may illegally intercept or access transmissions or private communications and others may abuse or misuse your personal information that they collect from the site. Although we work very hard in preventing this, we do not guarantee and you should not expect that your private information will always remain private or un-jeopardized.
• If for some reason there are technical difficulties with our server and it goes down, GoZabo.com can not be held liable for lost sales. We work hard at preventing this from happening but these things are sometimes out of our control! If the site is down for more than 24 hours, we will have a make-up day for artists that have paid for featured artist/product spots. This make up day will be chosen at random by the employees/agents of GoZabo.com within the following calendar year.
• We may amend any of these policies or procedures at any time by posting the amended terms on the site. All amended terms take affect immediately of their postings and it is your responsibility to familiarize yourself and check out our policies and procedures on a regular basis. GoZabo Buyers:

Although we work very hard at maintaining the integrity and the purpose of our website-as you know there is always that one person that may try to muddy the waters so here is our disclaimer:

• GoZabo.com is strictly designed to be an avenue for artisans to come together in one site to make it easy for you, as a shopper, to find unique and handmade gifts.
• GoZabo.com does not verify the identity of its buyers or sellers, either sides ability to follow through with a transaction or verify sellers ability to provide the product or the quality of their products they are showcasing.
• GoZabo.com is not responsible for any transaction between the buyers and sellers. If you suspect fraud or have any problems with the subscribers of GoZabo.com, you can formally submit your complaints to contactus@GoZabo.com. Findings of intentional fraud or non-performance of our subscribers will result in automatic termination of their ability to be a subscriber with GoZabo.com. As a buyer through GoZabo.com you agree to these terms and conditions when you browse or purchase anything through our site.
• All Pictures of products On GoZabo.com can be reprinted by Gozabo to be used on promotional materials for the site. Pictures will be used to advertise examples of products featured on Gozabo.com and will be used for Promotional purposes only(ex. flyers, brochures etc.).
