Bonita Quinney

Artist Biography:
I have always been interested in art, as far as back as I can remember. I used to sketch as a child, later progressing to pastels and then oils. I studied at various times under private local artists. More recently while working with oils my husband encouraged me to try watercolors. He purchased a set of watercolors as a gift for me and I have been working with watercolors ever since. I find watercolor painting to be very exciting and challenging. Over the last several years I have studied under artists Doug Brown and Sue Hand. I am a member of an art league and my paintings have been displayed and sold in many art shows, fairs, and auctions. I have been commissioned to do several pieces recently.
