Artist Biography:
I come from an artistic family, and have been drawing and painting as long as I can remember. I have always loved colors. I have been a working as an artist for twenty years and about ten years ago I discovered silk painting and knew it was what I wanted to do from then on.
The technique I use on silk is similar to watercolor painting (only the result is a wearable piece of art!). I use high quality French dyes which are steam set for permanence. All items are hand washable, and instructions are included. I also include a scarf tying sheet for a variety of options to wear.
I hope you enjoy my wearable silks as much as I enjoy creating them!
