• Where did you get the name Zabo?
  It was chosen in honor of my grandmother’s Hungarian Heritage. We stumbled across the word Zabo (spelled szabo in Hungarian and pronounced Zahbow) and it means “Tailored” – a perfect fit.
• Where is the GoZabo Headquarters?
  Greenville, Michigan just 20 miles North East of Grand Rapids. Michigan
• Why an artists website?
  Through-out my years of traveling - I was surprised by the "Backyard" artists I discovered with some of the most amazing creations I had ever seen. The problem was unless you "stumbled" upon them you wouldn't know they were there! GoZabo gives artists an inexpensive portal to promote and sell their art online whether it's jewelry, pottery or any mixed media! Gozabo also gives buyers the opportunity to save time from getting frustrated navigating thousands of artists' individual websites AND the ability to go to one site where they can view products AND purchase them with secure shopping cart capabilities while shopping at home!
• What does GoZabo cost for an artisan to join? GoZabo.com is FREE to join GoZabo.com only charges a 4% sales fee on your total sales. If you don't sell, you don't pay a dime! We simply invoice you monthly through paypal.
• Do artists have to be pre-approved to be on GoZabo?
  All Artisans must be pre-approved before they can subscribe to GoZabo.com. This feature is not required on other sites and gives the GoZabo Gang the ability to make sure only fine artisans and crafters are showcased on GoZabo.com! The pre-approval process is easy and you only need to send us an "Example" of your works (NOT every item)
• How Do I start?
  Go to the Artist's Guide and get all the details. It’s simple AND did we already mention that it is FREE!
• How does the payment process work?
  GoZabo gives you the options of accepting payments through paypal/visa/mastercard by selecting a paypal standard merchants account (paypal does NOT charge a monthly fee to have this type of account). You MUST have a paypal account to be an aritst on GoZabo.com. Gozabo does NOT exchange money with the artists or buyers. Buyers pay the artists directly through our integrated and secure shopping cart! Your paypal account must be set up to start accepting orders through GoZabo!
• When a customer places an order, do the artists get an email with the information?
  When a customer pays through paypal you will get a notice of payment from paypal via email. ALl of your customers shipping information and ordering information is stored under your "Transactions" in your artist navigation bar on GoZabo.com. This is where you also have the ability to add purchasing information to an address book GoZabo offers to keep track of all new clients for future reference.
• GoZabo offers buyers the ability to find an artist by Product search, category search, artist's name, and by the State and City an artist is from! Great for travelers wanting to find artists from "specific" areas.
• Who chooses the featured artists and featured products on the home, state and city pages?
  The featured artists/products that you see on our home, state and city pages are ads that are purchased by the subscribers of our site. This gives artisans the ability to be more visible and introduce themselves and their products to GoZabo buyers. These ads increase sales and drives more buyers to artisans' galleries within GoZabo.com. To see details once you subscribe-go to "Artist Navigation" and look for the "Become A Featured Artist/Feature my Product" tabs.
